Magickal Valentine Ritual of self-love and yoga

The 2-hour practice will begin with an opening meditation, setting intentions.

We will create our individual self-love jars, filling them with symbolic herbs and dried flowers to infuse your intentions for yourself. (All supplies are included in the class fee of $40)

Then moving into a heart-opening yoga practice of self-love.

All to invoke the love, passion, respect, and care you have for yourself.

A great way to spend an afternoon nurturing yourself.

All levels of yoga practitioners, from beginners to advanced, are welcome.

Be Kind to You

Start the New Year with intention and compassion towards yourself. The 2-hour yoga practice is dedicated to exploring how gentleness and intentional movement can release unwanted tension in your body and help to ease thoughts that may not be kind to you.

The session will focus on:

  • Deconstructing poses to honour your body

  • Breathwork and intentions that are non-harming

  • The use of props to support safe, personalized exploration of poses

All levels are welcome, curious movers, Yoga teachers, and anyone seeking to feel good where they are today!

Ahimsa - Sanskrit term for non-violence or non-harming. A principle of compassion and respect toward all beings, including yourself, in thought, word, and action.

As the days grow shorter and the holiday season approaches, take time to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Join Bettina for a 2-hour guided yoga experience that invites your body to move with ease, breathe deeply, and align with the rhythms of the season.

What to Expect

  • Gentle, mindful transitions in and out of poses

  • Breath-led movement to melt away seasonal tension

  • Use of props to support safe, personalized exploration of poses

  • Insights into how alignment supports healing and vitality

  • A cozy space to reflect, reset, and prepare for the winter ahead

  • Subtle challenges to help your body go a little deeper and uncover new, exciting insights into how it moves and heals

Though the practice will be leisurely, it will still invite you to explore your edges — not to strain, but to awaken. Bettina will be your guide, offering thoughtful cues and seasonal wisdom to help you tune into your body’s messages and move in ways that support your well-being.

All levels welcome. Bring your mat, your breath, your curiosity — and feel free to bring your favorite props, like a cozy blanket or shawl, to support your comfort and warmth.
