This dynamic workshop-style class is designed to enhance your overall body wellness. This session places special emphasis on poses that open and invigorate the pelvis, groin, and sacral area—key regions that play a pivotal role in maintaining optimal posture, supporting digestion, enhancing sexuality, ensuring continence, and fostering creative expression and emotional balance. Experience the powerful synergy of breath-body connection as you are guided through physical and energetic alignment.
Use of Props: Props will be provided to help you fully immerse in each pose, allowing you to linger and encourage transformation. However, you are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat and a beach towel or blanket for added comfort during certain poses.
How to prepare?
For a more comfortable experience, avoid a heavy meal beforehand, as we will be engaging the digestive system with twists.
Wear clothing that allows for a full range of motion, breathability, and comfort. While comfort is key, avoid overly loose clothing that might get in the way.
