Start the New Year with intention and compassion towards yourself. The 2-hour yoga practice is dedicated to exploring how gentleness and intentional movement can release unwanted tension in your body and help to ease thoughts that may not be kind to you.
The session will focus on:
Deconstructing poses to honour your body
Breathwork and intentions that are non-harming
The use of props to support safe, personalized exploration of poses
All levels are welcome, curious movers, Yoga teachers, and anyone seeking to feel good where they are today!
